Workouts
I'll set your workouts in my App so they're all in one, easy to access place. Get all your exercises, reps, sets and video tutorials to guide you through every session.
Calendar
Juggling workouts and a busy schedule can be difficult. The calendar will organise all your workouts, check-ins, activities and events, which will be scheduled for you by me.
Messaging
The integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly and add comments to your workouts. You know where I am whenever you need me.
Goals
It’s important to stay on top of your progress. My App lets us both easily view and track your goals and progress in one simple place.

MY STORY
Hey there, my name is Chrys Johnson, Online Coach & Personal Trainer! For the last 6 years, I’ve been helping busy professionals achieve fat loss and become the strongest version of themselves.
Becoming a Personal Trainer all started with a request for leg exercise programming for a young teen in his early 2010s. I helped him with this and then he disappeared for months because he went back to college. He returned to tell me that he got accepted into his college because he took my leg program and used it consistently. That was it, that was the spark I needed.
I got my personal training certification 18 months later and I have absolutely fallen in love with the industry ever since.
I've been a certified trainer for 6 years and going strong. I love what I do, I especially love programming and sharing winning moments with my clients after major milestones! I don't think that feeling will ever go away!My mission is to transform as many lives through weight loss and fat loss as possible.
